As individuals and organizations continue to conduct business electronically, the importance of maintaining system and network security will increase. Employment opportunities should be especially good for individuals involved in cyberspace security services, such as disaster recovery services, custom security programming, and security software installation services.

Graduate Certificate, Telecommunication & Info Resource Management

The TIRM Program is particularly suitable for professionals or students with experience and/or current responsibilities in communication and information technologies and services and have shown leadership or leadership potential in the management of communication and information resources.

MLISc, Master of Library & Information Science

The Master of Library & Information Science (MLISc) program consists of a basic set of required courses, augmented by courses relevant to particular concentrations, and elective courses appropriate for various library or information careers. 

MS, Information & Computer Science

The program is oriented toward those with undergraduate degrees in computer science or extensive work experience who desire advanced training. The graduate program requires at a minimum completion of ICS 111, 211, and 311 before an application can be processed. For someone without a programming background, it typically takes about 2 years of coursework to make up undergraduate deficiencies, then 2 more years to finish the graduate requirements.
